All services are to be paid in cash – no credit, debit cards, or personal checks are accepted. Payment is due upon time of drop off. Our current surgery days are growing by demand, so please call for an appointment or email us at clinic@specialpalsshelter.org with “Surgery Appt.” in the subject.

Drop-off        8:15 am to 8:30 am
Pick-up          2:30 pm to 3:30 pm (or when called)

• – No food or water after 10pm the night before procedure
• – No dipping for fleas for 2 weeks prior to surgery date
• – Companion animal must be on a leash or in a carrier
• – We reserve the right to refuse service to aggressive animals
