Kroger recently gave us very good news – their management has authorized Special Pals donation cans at every Kroger store in the region . Watch for the cans, which will be arriving in Katy area stores first. If you don’t see them yet, you can ask store managers when they’ll be arriving. If you do see them, please drop in some spare change for us.

Funds collected at Kroger stores will go toward animals’ medical expenses and much-needed repairs and renovation to the shelter, including participating in the construction of a spay and neuter clinic. This is in addition to Kroger’s generous Cause for Paws program, in which shoppers can buy a filled grocery bag of supplies for the shelter. If you do not have a Kroger’s “shared card” please mail a self addressed envelope to Special Pals and ask for one, we will send it to you just as soon as we can.
