Special Pals offers a Low Cost Spay & Neuter Clinic, and by offering this service we hope to help prevent overpopulation.  Each of our veterinarians has more than 20 years of surgery experience and our prices are economical, only because we are not a full service veterinarian hospital. Restrictions do apply and appointments are required.
